All our meals and food products are 100% plant-based, but we don't stop there. Vegan food does not always equal healthy food. Skip the market and get your time back. Our fully cooked meals mean no more shopping, waiting in line, cooking, and cleaning. We will even pick up any unwanted jars and/or bottles and re-purpose them for you.
In all our recipes we use the highest quality, premium ingredients, like organic (whenever possible) locally-grown produce, whole grains and beans, raw cacao powder, cold-pressed high-quality oils (in small quantities), pink Himalayan salt, and other whole or minimally processed foods. All ingredients are carefully selected to make sure they contain no inflammatory components and will deliver maximum health benefits without compromising taste.
Freshly Prepared, Macro-Balanced, and Properly Paired
99% of our meals are freshly prepared on the day of delivery. We use NO PRESERVATIVES except for the natural ones like pink Himalayan salt, extra-virgin olive oil, and raw apple cider vinegar. For that reason, most of the foods do not have extended shelf life, unless they are fermented (sauerkraut, pickles, etc.). Most of our foods will keep refrigerated for up to 7 days, or frozen for up to 1 month.
We pay close attention not only to the taste of the dishes but also to the way of preparation and paring them. With macro-balance in mind, we make sure that all meals contain the right amounts of protein, fat, carbohydrates, and fiber, so you get all the nutrients your body needs and do not feel hungry or unsatisfied after eating our meals. Proper food paring (like not combining protein and starch) ensures fast and easy digestion and optimal nutrient assimilation, so you get the most benefits out of consuming all those healthy ingredients.

Salt and Seasonings
Most of our meals contain low amounts of salt and pepper and you may need to adjust these seasonings to your taste. As much as I personally love salt, it is not good for everyone, especially people with high blood pressure. For that reason, we prefer to under salt the dish then do the opposite.
All the foods are homemade, with lots of love and care from a passionate private chef. While you may notice slight imperfections in the form or shape of the dishes, the quality of food will always remain on the highest possible level.
