Better Vegan Oil-Free Italian-Inspired Salad Dressing

About this recipe
This dressing is a perfect way to incorporate raw apple cider vinegar into your diet. This vinegar is cleansing, detoxifying and promotes the formation of friendly bacteria in our system. Nutritional yeast adds a bit of tangy cheesy taste to the dressing, and garlic intensifies the flavor, as well as anti-inflammatory properties. Feel free to experiment with seasonings (sometimes I like to add basil and parsley to this dressing as well).
2 1/2 Tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg USDA Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar)
1 tsp. Dijon or Whole Grain mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 tsp. Himalayan sea salt (I use Sherpa Pink Gourmet Himalayan Salt, 5 lbs Fine Grain)
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (if you don't have Italian seasoning, you can use 50/50 dried oregano and thyme)
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (I use Anthony's Premium Nutritional Yeast Flakes (1lb), Verified Gluten Free)
Whisk all ingredients together until well-combined or for the perfectly smooth dressing blend it in a blender.
